The services I offer

Where I provide a paid service (such as a verified research brief, a competitor-analysis brief, or a document data extraction), the following applies:

• Each order is provided at a fixed price shown before you pay, and delivered to the email address you give. Most results are ready within a few hours, though timing is not guaranteed.
• Outputs are informational only and are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use them and for any decisions you make.
• Research and competitor briefs are checked against public sources and cited; document extractions read only the text you provide. I flag anything I cannot confirm, but I do not warrant that every output is complete or error-free.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the documents or data you provide, and that doing so is lawful. Please do not submit unlawful content, or special-category data, unless we have agreed additional terms.
• Your documents and data are processed in-house and handled in line with my privacy policy and, for business customers, my data processing agreement.
• Some features let you speak instead of type (for example, Vendy’s microphone). Voice input is optional and used only when you turn it on; your speech is transcribed entirely on my own systems, is never shared with any third party or used to train any AI model, and the audio is discarded once transcribed.
• If a paid service fails to deliver, or is not as described, please contact me and I will put it right or provide a refund as appropriate.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to my site.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
